Lil Yacthy is a rapper and singer. His song "One Night" is his most popular song. Miles Parks McCollum is his real name. He is also known by the names Nautica Boat Boy, Lil Boat and King Boat. His mixtapes, "Summer Songs 2’ and 'Lil Boat were his first big hits. This wasn't his first attempt at singing. His first fame came in the month of August in 2015 for his songs 'One Night' and 'Minnesota'. Both were released on his debut EP (Extended play) entitled 'Summer Songs'. His current music label roster includes  Capital Records and "Quality Control Music" and 'Motown Records. Yachty has collaborated with famous rappers such as 'D.R.A.M. and "Chance the Rapper," among other artists. Yachty's official website also features his merchandise. The site offers glimpses of Yachty's private world as well as updates about upcoming concerts as well as tours and performances. He also was employed by McDonald's. In this establishment, he met other potential rappers. Yachty took up the Alabama State University for graduation but dropped out after just two months. From his early period, Yachty was inspired by music that was unique and defied the conventional wisdom. His father was a wonderful example of this, as he shared with him all kinds of music from his youth. In the year 2015, he chose the moniker "Yachty" and relocated from Atlanta to New York, in order to be a household name in life. In New York, he stayed with a pal and looked for ways to break into the music scene. He also started to network with street fashion bloggers and gained a decent following on Instagram. He formed a partnership with Burberry Perry (producer and beat maker) and his primary collaborator K$upreme. They're collectively referred to as 'The Saling Team'. They performed in Lil' Yachty's bedroom studio. His initial success came after Drake's OVO Sound Radio aired his popular track 'Minnesota'. The song "1Night" was Lil Yachty's first major success. He posted the video of the track online , and it went viral. When the SoundCloud version of his song "One Night" became a meme, media attention was on the singer.
